Dustin is now launching its new basic private label, Acutek. The range has been developed to meet increasing demand for simpler products at lower prices and comprises headsets and headphones featuring a simplified design and sustainable function.
Today, October 6th, the Vincere Groep announces a major rebranding into Dustin reflecting clearly our strategy to be one organisation. The Vincere Groep has been part of Dustin since 2018, and with the recent acquisition of Centralpoint Dustin has become a leading online based IT-partner in both the Benelux and the Nordic regions.
Fourth quarter
• The acquisition of Centralpoint Holding B.V. (“Centralpoint”) was conducted on June 3, 2021 and, accordingly, has been included in the consolidated income statement and balance sheet from the fourth quarter 20/21.
• Net sales rose 77.6 per cent to SEK 5,105 million (2,874).
• Organic sales growth was 20.5 per cent (neg: 2.3), of which SMB accounted for 17.9 per
Dustin announces today that it has completed a refinancing of its loans from credit institutions.
Dustin, a leading online IT partner serving the Nordic region and the Benelux, is launching a completely new department that will strengthen the company’s offering in end-of-life returns of IT products. The department will be based in Växjö, Sweden, and initially employ some 20 people.
Angelo Bul is appointed new EVP Large Corporate and Public sector Benelux at Dustin and member of the group management team. He will join Dustin on Oct 1st, 2021 and replaces Luuk Slaats who has been acting EVP LCP Benelux.
Third quarter
• Net sales rose 3.8 per cent to SEK 3.394 million (3.271).
• Organic sales growth was 5.1 per cent (1.3), of which SMB accounted for 14.5 per cent (neg: 5.7), LCP negative 2.6 per cent (6.6) and B2C 6.5 per cent (9.7).
• The gross margin amounted to 16.4 per cent (15.1).

Dustin, a leading online IT partner serving the Nordic region and Benelux, is continuing its partnership with Clarion Hotel and the office design company Götessons and is now opening three new pop-up offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, one of which will be fully circular.
To further strengthen the position in Europe Dustin is making changes in the organisation and group management team, following the acquisition of Centralpoint.
