Change in Dustin's group management team
Dustin strengthens the organisation for continued profitable growth by creating greater clarity within the segments and further increasing the scalability of the support functions. The organisation is also adapted to the expansion in the Netherlands. As a result, changes are made to Dustin’s group management team, which implies new roles, while some functions are no longer part of the group management team.
- The new organisation strengthens our position for continued profitable growth and further expansion both in the Nordics and in the Netherlands. We create the prerequisites for maximizing the potential within the company. By having the best offerings and creating clear support functions, we can be a strong IT partner to our customers, regardless of market and segment, says Thomas Ekman CEO Dustin.
Change
- Henk Makaske, currently CEO of Vincere Groep, becomes a new member of the group management team with responsibility for SMB and LCP in the Netherlands.
- Rebecca Tallmark, currently VP Product Marketing, takes the role of responsible for SMB Nordic. In order to further strengthening the offering to Dustin’s main target group small and medium sized companies (SMB) the responsibility for online and relation sales SMB, product and offering and marketing is gathered in SMB Nordic.
- Supply Chain is a new function in order to increase scalability and delivery capability meeting the increasing demands from the market. The function is responsible for procurement, logistics and customer service. CEO Thomas Ekman will be acting during the recruitment period.
- CIO is a new role with responsibility for IT strategy, web development, IT operations and information security in order to ensure continued development of an online platform at the forefront. Per Lengquist, today Head of IT, will be acting during the recruitment period.
- Pontus Willquist, currently VP SMB & B2C, will be responsible for launching the online platform in the Netherlands and will continue as responsible for the online platform as well as transactional sales within SMB Nordic, and leaves the group management team.
- Jenny Ring, currently VP Operations, continue as responsible for Operations within Supply Chain, but not as a member of the group management team.
- Private Label with Robert Pap as responsible and Communication with Stephanie Forsblom as acting, will no longer be part of the group management team.
